By accessing www.pharmasphereexpo.com, registering as a visitor, exhibitor, sponsor, delegate, speaker, media representative, or participating in any event organized by Pharmasphere Expo, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.pharmasphereexpo.com, registering as a visitor, exhibitor, sponsor, delegate, speaker, media representative, or participating in any event organized by Pharmasphere Expo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Registration and Admission
All registrations must contain accurate and complete information. The Organizer reserves the right to approve, reject, or cancel registrations at its discretion.
3. Exhibitor Participation
Exhibitors shall display products and services relevant to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, nutraceutical, packaging, machinery, and allied industries. Subletting or sharing booth space without written approval is prohibited.
4. Stall Allocation
Stall allocation is subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to modify floor plans, relocate booths, and optimize exhibition layouts when necessary.
5. Payment Terms
Participation is confirmed only after receipt of applicable payments. Failure to meet payment schedules may result in cancellation of participation and forfeiture of allocated space.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Registration fees, stall booking advances, sponsorship fees, and advertising charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Exhibitor Responsibilities
Exhibitors are responsible for booth setup, staffing, product displays, safety compliance, and removal of materials after the event.
8. Insurance
Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for exhibits, personnel, equipment, and third-party liability.
9. Photography and Media Rights
Participants consent to photography, videography, audio recording, and promotional use of event-related content by Pharmasphere Expo.
10. Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain professional behavior and refrain from harassment, discrimination, abusive conduct, or disruption of event activities.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, floor plans, brochures, website content, and event materials remain the property of Pharmasphere Expo.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for theft, damage, injury, business losses, travel disruptions, service interruptions, or indirect damages.
13. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for delays, postponement, modification, or cancellation caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, war, civil unrest, venue issues, or other events beyond reasonable control.
14. Website Usage
Users shall not upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, misuse data, or violate intellectual property rights.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
